Process flow of PET belt production line
1. feeding to → 2.mixing raw materials→ 3. ingredients are vacuum dehumidification prebake→ 4. Vacuum dehumidification of raw materials→ 5. raw materials melting extrusion→ 6. material embryo expression(with embryo) cooling molding → 7.preheat the oven→ 8. firstly stretching → 9. secondly streching → 10. embossing → 11. tempering oven→ 12. cooling → 13.winding to finished product.
